This policy covers this website, operated by Pro Edge Roofing, serving Western Washington. It explains what we collect through the site, why, and who else touches it.

Information you give us. Our free estimate form asks for:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• Your email address (optional)
• The property address or city for the work
• The type of roofing work you need
• Any project details you choose to write in the message box (optional)

That is the entire form. We do not ask for payment information, Social Security numbers, or any other sensitive information anywhere on this site.

Information collected automatically. Like any website, ours is delivered by a hosting provider that keeps standard server logs. Those logs can include your IP address, browser type, the page you requested, and the date and time. We use them only to keep the site running and secure.

For clarity under California law, the categories of personally identifiable information this site may collect are: your name, contact information (phone number and, if you provide it, email address), a property address, the description of the work you want, and technical information such as your IP address from hosting logs.

We use what you send us to respond to your estimate request and nothing else. That means calling or emailing you back, scheduling a visit, preparing your written estimate, and following up about that work.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not add you to marketing lists or newsletters, and we do not use your information for advertising.

Two service providers are involved in running this site. They handle your information only to provide their service to us:

• FormSubmit — delivers estimate form submissions to our email inbox. When you press submit, your form goes from your browser to FormSubmit, which emails it to us.
• Vercel — hosts this website and keeps the standard server logs described above.

Beyond those two, we share information only when we are legally required to, such as a valid legal request or to protect someone from harm.

This site currently runs no analytics software, no advertising pixels, and no third-party tracking scripts. We do not build a profile of you, and we do not follow you to other websites. Any cookies involved are strictly functional — the kind our host needs to deliver pages and keep the site secure — not analytics or advertising cookies.

If that ever changes, this page will be updated before the change goes live.

Some browsers can send a “Do Not Track” signal. Because this site does not track visitors across websites in the first place, there is nothing for that signal to switch off. We honor it by default: tracked or untracked, your behavior on this site is not being followed or sold either way.

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email proedgeroofing99@gmail.com or call (360) 770-4166 and tell us what you want done. We will take care of it within a reasonable time. If you ask us to delete your estimate request, we may need to keep records of work we actually performed for you for tax, warranty, and legal reasons.

We keep estimate requests as long as they are useful for the job and our records — for example, so we can look up what we quoted you. You can ask us to delete yours sooner, as described above.

This site is for people hiring a roofing contractor. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date at the top. We do not announce changes by email, so check this page if you want the current version.
